Camp and Conference Center in the beautiful Sacramento Mountiains
A ministry of Asbury Theological Seminary providing great Wesleyan resources.
Where is United Methodism headed? Some say we are headed away from our original founding, evangelical and biblical roots. The people at Good News are committed to proclaiming the full message of Jesus Christ and calling the rest of the denomination to acknowledge Him alone as Lord. Find out more at this link!
Wesleyan resources
A classic daily devotion by Oswald Chambers.
Great resources for classic Christian material.
This is a ministry to the Navajo reservation. They plant and supply churches, and operate a variety of social help ministries such as a battered women's shelter, substance abuse ministry, a thrift shop, etc. We support this special ministry of the New Mexico Conference at least annually!
This organization of churches and individuals seeks to influence the denomination to return to its Wesleyan doctrinal roots. Many churches in our conference are members of this important organization.
In the 1980s many Methodist leaders joined together to create an "alternate missionary-sending agency." The goal of the Mission Society is still to obey and fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18-20). We concentrate on sending evangelical Christian men and women to witness in places where there is no Christian presence!
This is our online version of the local newspaper ("Artesia Daily Press"). Our pastor publishes a regular article in the Friday edition (the pastor's corner). Other important community news may be found here.
Want to help build houses for the needy? Want to volunteer for a meaningful experience with other Christians from around the community? Go to the Artesia Habitat web site and see all the wonderful work they have done. AND GET INVOLVED!
Pecos Valley Broadcasting includes direct information on local weather. You can go here for a multi-day forecast any time of year.
These fine folks broadcast us weekly on KSVP am radio (990 am). They advertise for us on this station and on their country station, 92.9 FM. So listen in!
